The Nova Scotia Bird Society has provided him not only the opportunities to find interesting birds, but to see new places and meet wonderful people. David has contributed as a director on the Executive and on our Sanctuary Trust Fund, and before taking on the President’s position in November 2012, he was a Seasonal Bird Editor for Nova Scotia Birds. He continues to write summaries for Nova Scotia Birds as well as the CBC Atlantic Regional Summaries for both Bird Studies Canada and the National Audubon Society.
